Caviar and Champagne have long been considered a classic pairing; the delicious, salty taste of the caviar is enhanced magnificently by Champagne. We are very happy to put this theory to the test; however we will be adding a handful of other spirits and expressions to taste alongside Kasperskian 'caviar with life'. Kasperskian Caviar, who farm the fish in the pure waters of the Rhône, in the heart of the Swiss Alps have developed a way of harvesting caviar without killing the fish. Sturgeon are a long-lived and late-maturing fish, meaning that traditional caviar, in which the fish is killed to harvest the eggs, isn't very sustainable... Konstantin Sidorov, a good friend, Member of the Club and the owner of Kasperskian Caviar will be there to host the evening. The team from Kasperskian will guide guests through a caviar Masterclass with Terry, our Head Sommelier, who has picked a collection of interesting spirits and expressions to complement.
